        Either this product has a really good placebo effect or it actually works. I took this for the first time last time last night. Woke up ready to go. I hit the pool right at 5am for 1.5 Mike straight freestyle swim followed by a 21 mile ride, walk with my dog and a weight training session. while I always have energy to workout, today was particularly easy and it shouldn't have been.         I found that taking this makes me sleepy. So I take this at night before bed. So far great results as far as overall health goes. Haven't had problems with anemia since taking this in combination of other vital proteins products. Everyone's bodies are different. However. would still recommend for people with low iron levels and who could be looking for a natural alternative to melatonin.
